Bill Pikarski is the Executive Chef and Owner of Plates and Palates Personal Chef Service. Bill left a career in Information Technology to share his love of food with others.
Chef Bill is a premier member of the United States Personal Chef Association and a graduate of the Culinary Business Academy in Albuquerque, New Mexico.
In May of 2005 Chef Bill passed the National Registry of Food Safety Professionals Food Safety Certification Exam with a score of 98%. This was the highest score in the class.
He has fifteen years of customer service experience and a passion for making great food for wonderful people!
